The internet is a great resource to buy and sell merchandise. Every month that passes brings more people into this process. But I do have to tell you, getting your website ranked on the first page of a search doesn't happen by magic. Like reaching that great view pictured above on a remote part of Isle Royale in August of 2004, it takes planning, skill, and a lot of hard work to reach the first page of an internet search.
Like I said earlier in this section, a year ago my website was down. After a year of study, trial and error, and helpful comments from my customers here and there, I put the pieces of the puzzle together. I have made it to the top of two of the three biggest searches, Yahoo and MSN. As of January 17, 2005 I currently have over 90 first place rankings across different search engines and key words.
I believe I can help many of you achieve the same success. This is what I am offering in terms of website design and ranking, and the costs associated with it.
1. An analysis of what your business is and what you have done so far to promote your business and make yourself stand out.
2. Coding and formatting of your web pages to make yourself visible and understood by the website spiders and robots who review and index your site.
3. Submission of your website to multiple search engines on a regular basis.
4. Maintaining your site on a regular basis to move you up in the rankings as far as I can and keeping you there.
5. Reports on where you rank in the various search engines.
Costs:
If you currently have a web site:
If I can import your web site to make the necessary changes, updates and maintenance. Starting at $500 + $50 a month maintenance charges. This depends upon how many pages I have to set up and maintain.
To build a website from scratch: Starting at $750 + $50 a month maintenance charges. This also depends upon how many pages I have to build and maintain.
Plan on taking a year to get your website ranked near the top. That's what it took me to get my website ranked. That's my frame of reference.
To start I require 50% down. Final payment is required when your site is ready for loading.
One advantage I have over most web site designers is I will put a link from my web site to yours in the sponsored links section of your category (coming soon). Since I am highly ranked, your potential customer may be able to find you by going through my web site while we are working on getting your web site ranked on its own.
This is an introductory price. Once I have established a track record and I get an idea of how much time is involved with setup and the maintenance process, the cost will probably go up.
Also, once I first submit websites to the search engines, it takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks to get them ranked and indexed.
