Michigan Craft Shows for May 2006 - With the beginning of May comes my favorite time of year. This is when the craft shows, art fairs, and festivals go outdoors. My friends from the four corners of the country start arriving and I see them at the shows across the state. Memorial Day weekend starts it out in full force. Michigan craft shows are in many towns. From the Alma Highland Festival, to the sunrise side at Tawas City, Houghton Lake and a number of other towns, you can see Michigan at its best. I love to look out at the water of the great lakes, and inhale the scent of pine trees. Winter is here at the moment, but it will pass. Then we will have another Michigan summer to look forward to.
