The writings
of Larry Howland provide the perfect gifts for lasting memories. He

Larry is a preacher, author and poet who has ministered to a wide variety of
audiences, such as churches, civic clubs, motivational meetings and prisons.
Through the years, he has also been a guest on numerous television and radio
programs, including the 700 Club, the PTL Club, and Decision, the Billy Graham
radio broadcast.
Larry's poetry and prose always bring a fresh and vibrant approach to both his
speaking and his writing. It is not unusual at arts and crafts show to see
shoppers both laughing and crying in his booth. He has experienced the
loneliness and frustration that many of us go through, and his inspirational
messages bring a glow of hope to all who hear him or read his writings.
He and his wife began The Parson's Pen in 1995, a business dedicated to sharing
his writings with a wide audience. His poetry can be found at Christian Book

Larry earned a BA degree from Owosso College in Owosso, Michigan, and a MA
degree from Southern Nazarene University, in Bethany, Oklahoma. He and Alyce
were married in 1981 and live in Elsie, Michigan.
